?? Installed in a safe place and meets the environmental conditions required by the instrument specifications.

?? Can be snapped onto a standard 35mm DIN rail (see Figure B). The guide rails shall conform to the dimensional specifications of the TH35-7.5 guide rails in the national standard GB/T19334-2003. This standard is equivalent to the international standard of the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC60715-1981.

?? The installation must be stable and secure. It is recommended to use a rail plug to prevent the meter from sliding on the rail and installing it unstable. Can be installed intensively.

■ Method of mounting on the rail (see Figure C, mounted on the DIN rail)

1 Hook the upper end of the instrument mounting bayonet on a standard DIN rail;

2 Press the lower part of the instrument to push in the direction of the guide rail, so that the mounting bayonet of the instrument is completely embedded on the DIN rail;

3 Press the mounting lock card to lock the DIN rail.

■ How to remove from the rail (see Figure D, Disassembly Diagram)

1 Insert the installation lock card of the instrument with a flat head screwdriver (knife width ≤ 3mm);

2 Slightly force the installation of the locking card to make the installation locking card of the instrument out of the guide rail;

3 Take the meter out of the rail.

Use environment

The isolator is designed to provide isolated DC power to the field transmitter and accept current signal input from the transmitter, as well as current source signal input. After isolation, interference suppression, etc., output standard current or voltage signals to the control system or other instruments.

?? Single channel, one input, one output. Input--output--voltage-type magnetic isolation between power supplies.

?? Input signal 4~20mA.

?? Output signal 4~20mA, 1~5V, or other specified signals.

(The output signal is based on the one selected at the time of ordering, see the product label or the data printed on the case).

The isolator is powered by a separate DC power supply with a supply voltage range of 20 to 30 VDC.

?? Cartridge structure. The head and the base are connected by plugging and unplugging, the terminal is arranged at both ends of the base, and the terminal wiring is fastened by M3 screws.

■Rated input voltage and range

?? This instrument (isolator) is powered by 24VDC power supply. It is strictly forbidden to use 220V AC power.

?? The power supply voltage range is 20~30VDC.

■Working environment

?? Install this meter (isolator) in a safe place.

?? The instrument is protected to IP20 (IEC 60529 / EN 60529) and is suitable for use in a clean, dry environment.

?? Ambient temperature is -20 ~ 60 ° C (continuous operation), relative humidity is 5 ~ 95% RH (no condensation) to ensure that the instrument has a sufficient service life.

■Safety measures

? When you install or remove the meter, turn off the power and disconnect the signal input to ensure safety.

? Do not apply a load to the meter that exceeds its design capabilities.

?? It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the instrument or change the circuit device to prevent the instrument from failing or malfunctioning.

?? In the event of instrument damage, improper load or malfunction, stop the instrument and immediately withdraw it.

■ Wiring

? The wiring cable of the instrument should be away from sources of electromagnetic interference (eg relay drive cable, high frequency line, etc.). It is not possible to install the wiring cable in the same conduit as the electromagnetic interference source.

?? The wiring cable is a single-core or multi-core cable with a section of 0.5~2.5mm2. The insulation strength of the wiring cable should be greater than 500V.
