XL2100 series single-seat control valve adopts top-guide unbalanced structure, high strength, heavy load, S streamline channel, small pressure drop loss, large flow coefficient, wide adjustable range and high accuracy of flow characteristic curve. The regulating valve is suitable for heavy load, normal or harsh working conditions, tightly closed, suitable for control of fluids or gases of various pressures and temperatures, adapting to various actuators, and regulating. The quick-fit cage cage is designed to reduce lateral load and spool vibration, reduce friction and extend the life of the control valve. The flow-opening design, the flow direction of the medium tends to control the direction in which the valve is opened, and the small flow state is controllable. Special cages for noise reduction and cavitation resistance can be selected according to working conditions.
XL2400 series balance cage control valve adopts pressure balanced structure valve core, high strength, heavy load, S streamline channel, small pressure drop loss, large flow coefficient, wide adjustable range and high flow characteristic curve precision. The regulator is suitable for heavy loads, normal or harsh conditions. The low-leakage type cage adopts a sealed ring structure and is tightly closed. The high-pressure differential working condition uses a porous cage, and the valve cage is provided with a symmetrical small hole to reduce fluid noise and reduce cavitation. This series of valves is suitable for the control of fluids or gases of various pressures and temperatures, adapting to various actuators and regulating.
